About Us
Josh Carter has been in construction for 35 years — starting full time at age 15, joining the union as a carpenter at age 18, and spending the next decade working up to field superintendent on a wide range of projects across the Pacific Northwest. He spent four years as Senior Construction Manager for Panera Bread's national development team before becoming a Project Manager at a well-respected Pacific Northwest general contractor, where he ran some of the firm's most complex projects across its 60-year history.
In 2024 he started Jaeroch Construction to do what established firms can't — give every client direct access to that experience on their actual project. Josh manages every aspect from conception to completion: estimating, contracts, subcontractor selection and management, scheduling, quality control, and owner communication. No hand-offs. No junior PMs.
Denera, Josh's wife, manages the showroom and keeps the office side of the business running.
The name Jaeroch comes from their daughters,
Jae and Rochelle.
